A fun rhyming film that begins with a cookie on a plate.
What can be on top of that, we can only speculate.

The Fork Queen has decided that emotions are a crime.
Her subjects are allowed the just be happy, all of the time.
She punishes those that feel any other way.
By tickling and teasing them every day.
Will she listen, and allow her coldness to melt?
And realize that emotions are meant to be felt?
